A registered sex offender was charged with failing to report to police.
Randy Franklin, 55, of 6 Bahl St., Nashua, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. Thursday by detectives with the Nashua Police Department Youth Services Division.
Franklin was charged with failing to report, a Class B felony punishable by up to seven years in prison.
Franklin, who is required to report to police quarterly, failed to report on Oct. 24, police said.
Franklin was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned at Nashua district court on Dec.![]()
