HUDSON – A suspect has been arrested in armed robbery of a Webster Street convenience store on Sunday night.
Kyle Goguen, 25, of Hudson, is charged with one count of armed robbery, a class A felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison plus fines.
At about 7 p.m. Sunday, police officers were dispatched to the E&A Mart located at 187 Webster St. for a reported armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned that an unknown suspect had pulled out a handgun and got away with an undertermined amount of cash, police said.
No one was reported injured during the robbery.
