NASHUA – A Nashua family is seeking the community’s help to bring their 19-year-old sister home from Egypt to be buried. Kyla Muldoon, a 2011 Nashua High School South graduate, died unexpectedly in Cairo, Egypt, this week, according to her stepsister, Candice Lewis, of Nashua. Muldoon was living and volunteering at an international school called Cairo English School since Thanksgiving, Lewis said, joining her mother, Carol Record, and stepfather, Scott Record, an AP physics and chemistry teacher with the Nashua School District for about 10 years. It will cost the family a minimum of $4,700 to bring Muldoon home to be buried, the U.S. Embassy told the Records this week, Lewis said. Her siblings have rallied to raise the money to do so through a fundraising page at fundrazr.com where family and friends can contribute toward a Pay Pal account that will collect the funds to either be wired or shipped to the Records in Cairo, Lewis said. Muldoon is one of five siblings, each of Nashua; Shaelyn, Megan, Sean and Shane Muldoon. “We’re trying to at least raise the money to have her transported back,” Lewis said. “They’re adamant about it. They said, ‘It’s not even a question.
