NASHUA – A man who had allegedly violated parole in Maine for a theft charge was arrested Thursday afternoon at his Nashua home, according to city police.
Police arrested Paul Rivard, 54, of 5 Morrill St., on a charge of being a fugitive from justice, a Class A felony, at 3:11 p.m. Thursday, police said.
Police said they received a request from police in Maine to locate Rivard, who had a warrant for his arrest for violation of probation.
He is being held without bail pending an arraignment at Nashua district court.
