NASHUA – Police arrested a Merrimack woman they say stole a car during a test drive and dumped it in Massachusetts after first letting dealership employees photocopy her driver’s license.
Caitlyn Caron, 19, of 33 Meetinghouse Road, Merrimack, is charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, a Class A felony. She was arrested Friday afternoon, police said.
A local car dealership reported to Nashua police that Caron had stolen a vehicle during a test drive, police said. Members of the criminal investigation division furthered the investigation, police said.
On Nov. 18, Caron went on a test drive of a 2004 Volvo with a salesman from a Nashua dealership.![]()
