IUGO, the local young professionals networking group, will host Persian Rug Gallery owner Sy Mahfuz for its next Brainfood luncheon from noon-1:30 p.m. Friday.
The Brainfood series allows young professionals to have lunch with local business leaders in an informal, roundtable setting and to learn the “secrets of success” from some of Nashua’s best and brightest.
The lunch will be at Persian Rug Galleries, 227 Main St.
Mahfuz, owner and president of the fourth-generation company, runs the largest Oriental rug cleaning facility in the state. He also manages all phases of in-store operations, including vendor relations, retail Oriental rug sales, appraisals of value and loss on fine rugs.
Mahfuz is a nationally recognized Oriental rug appraiser and relationship marketing consultant to national and local retail chains, industry associations, professional firms and hospitality businesses.
