Nashua woman charged in knife assault

Nashua police arrested a woman on Thursday and charged her with slashing a man in the hand with a knife. The victim contacted police around 4:30 p.m. Thursday and said Jill Lapierre, 33, of 5 Oak St., Apt. A, Nashua, had threatened him with a knife. Police said there was a brief altercation and the man sustained a minor cut to his hand. Members of the Police Department’s Domestic Violence Unit investigated and charged Lapierre.
