Joanne Pereira Joanne Pereira has been promoted to branch manager of Hampshire First Bank’s Nashua office. She is responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch including customer service, small-business lending and deposit activity as well as market growth. Pereira, who has more than 24 years of banking experience, joined Hampshire First Bank in August 2012 as assistant branch manager of the bank’s Manchester office. Before that, she held customer service and management positions at Sovereign Bank in Merrimack, and East Cambridge Savings Bank in Cambridge, Mass. Pereira is a graduate of the Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School in Cambridge, Mass., and serves on the finance committee at the First Baptist Church in Plaistow.
