The Spartans closed the game on a 9-2 run to overcome a five-point deficit in the final six minutes.
Dina Pitsas led Milford (10-4) with 21 points, all but two of which came in the second half, and the senior was 6 of 8 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter. Adelle Pitsas added seven points for the Spartans, who reached double digit wins and clinched a winning season for the first time in recent memory.
Souhegan (5-9) got 20 points junior Devon Hickey, while Cori Sousa added six.
