WILTON – Nashua Fire Rescue sent a HazMat vehicle to the printing and direct mail business PVA/EPVA off of Route 31 around 8:30 Friday night to assist with a suspicious package, officials said.
NFR Deputy Chief Mike O’Brien said Wilton authorities requested the HazMat truck and crew as part of an investigation that began when the business received the package in the mail earlier in the evening.
The PVA/EPVA complex lists addresses of 7 Mill Brook Road and 19 Stoney Brook Road, both of which are off Forest Road (Route 31) just south of Goss Park.
No further details were immediately available.
PVA/EPVA is a joint venture of the Paralyzed Veterans of America and Eastern Paralyzed Veterans Association founded in July 1971 by the late EPVA executive director James Peters.
