NASHUA – Since he took over as Fairgrounds Middle School principal seven years ago, John Nelson and his staff and students have had one goal: become the best middle school in New Hampshire. That goal might just become a reality.
The middle school was recently named a semifinalist in a statewide School of Excellence competition, part of the New Hampshire Excellence in Education awards program. The program recognizes educators, students and schools each year.![]()
