AMHERST – A 2012 Souhegan High School graduate and Boston University freshman died Saturday morning in Boston, three hours after being transported from a city apartment to St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.
Anthony Barksdale II, who was studying engineering, was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to the Boston University website.
Boston police said someone called 911 shortly before 1 a.m. to report that Barksdale was unconscious at the Wadsworth Street home, The Associated Press reported Saturday.
Police said there is no indication of foul play.![]()
