DANVILLE (AP) – New Hampshire state police are investigating an untimely death at the home of the police chief in the town of Danville.
The Eagle-Tribune reports Chief Wade Parsons is listed as the sole owner of the home, according to town assessment records.
Numerous police vehicles were in the neighborhood on Monday night.
State Police Lt. Christopher Vetter said an untimely death was being investigated at the home.
The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office dispatcher confirmed there had been a shooting at the residence. Police declined to comment.
