Departures: Wes Welker, Donald Thomas, Patrick Chung, Danny Woodhead and Brandon Lloyd.
You may be expecting Emmanuel Sanders or John Abraham in the fold at some point. Or Sebastian Vollmer to leave.
In any event, the Patriots may have gotten stronger or at least are treading water in the defensive secondary, and that’s a good thing.
