The regular season and playoffs may be over, but don’t tell the Nashua High School North and South football teams there isn’t a lot on the line in Thursday’s annual 10 a.m. game at Stellos Stadium.
“It’s a big game,” South coach Scott Knight said. “If we win it we’re 7-5. That’s a big difference from 6-6.”
Meanwhile, The Titans come into it at 4-6, and one of those was a 31-17 loss at the hands of the Panthers back in late September, when South erupted for 27 points in the second quarter.
“That was almost a different season, it was so long ago,” North coach Jason Robie said.
