NASHUA – When patrol officers stopped a driver for going down a one-way street the wrong way, they discovered he was going the wrong way in life too, allege police, who arrested the man on charges of possessing an illegal drug with the intent to sell.
Ryan D. Haggerty, 26, of 45 Orange St., Apt. B, is charged with possession of a controlled drug, oxycodone hydrochloride, with intent to distribute, a felony. Haggerty also faces other felony charges and one misdemeanor charge, police said.
