NASHUA – Kathy Belbin has fallen on hard times. She lost her job and since October has been living in the Harbor Homes shelter on Maple Street.
Recently, her car broke down and she doesn’t have the money to fix it. She has food stamps, but she doesn’t have money for things like soap and clothes and a hundred other things many people take for granted.
Project Homeless Connect, held Tuesday at Harbor Homes, was the place for her.
