MERRIMACK – Dumping trash bags into Baboosic Brook might cost a Merrimack man.
Merrimack police say that on Wednesday, June 27, they arrested William Leblanc of 7A Patten Road on a warrant for unlawful activities after he turned himself in at the station.
The charges stem from an incident on June 21, when police were called to a residence on Bel Aire Ave for a report of trash bags in Baboosic Brook. Police say an investigation led them to conclude that William Leblanc had discarded the bags in the brook.
Leblanc was processed at the Merrimack Police Department and was later released on $250 personal recognizance bail.
