NASHUA – Not many people get to have the city’s first baby of the year. Abby Frain got to have two.
Robert Conor Frain arrived at 12:36 a.m. Tuesday at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, and twin brother Jeffrey David Frain followed at 1:29 a.m.
