Nashua police say they caught up with an alleged burglar in the waning hours of 2012, charging him in connection with recent residential burglaries in the city.
Sean Torla, 19, of 43 Gordon St., was initially arrested just after 5 p.m. Monday on a warrant charging him with receiving stolen property, a Class A misdemeanor, police said. They said the warrant was issued after an investigation revealed that Torla was in possession of a GPS unit reported stolen from a vehicle on Anvil Drive.
Police said Torla also was charged on a warrant issued out of Hillsborough County for failure to appear on previous forgery and burglary charges.
