Merrimack police arrested a teenager over the weekend after he was allegedly spotted fleeing the scene of a residential burglary.
Brandon Malloch, 17, of 1 Aspen Lane, Merrimack, turned himself in to police shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday on a warrant for burglary, police said.
Police were called when a resident of London Court returned home and saw a friend of a family member fleeing from an apartment and then discovering money had been taken, police said.
Police identified the subject as Malloch and issued the warrant for his arrest, police said.
He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and was to be arraigned at Merrimack district court Sept. 4, police said.
