Hudson man already facing dozens of sex assault charges among indictments this month

NASHUA – A former Hudson man already facing as many as 960 years in state prison for dozens of felony sex assault charges was indicted again this month on even more charges. Timothy Beers, 46, now of 25 Sunset Pines Drive, Manchester, was indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, alleging he had sexual intercourse with a juvenile male on more than one occasion between July 2001 and July 2003. This month’s indictments are the second time prosecutors have tacked more sexual assault charges onto Beers’ docket after his original arrest in February 2011. Last month he was indicted on six counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, alleging he had sexual intercourse with a juvenile male in 1996 and 2001 and sexual contact with a juvenile female in 2001 and 2002. In February 2011, Beers was arrested at his then Hudson home on a warrant for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Another 26 charges of felonious sexual assault, alleging he repeatedly assaulted a juvenile male and female, were added by a grand jury two months later. An indictment is not a finding of guilt but is the jury’s ruling that prosecutors have enough evidence to move forward at the superior court level.
