A Merrimack woman was charged by Nashua police Monday with forging personal checks.
Police were contacted Sept. 2, 2011, by a Merrimack resident who reported receiving a bad check. Detectives investigated and determined that Britney Maloney, 19, of 61 Bedford Road, Merrimack, had forged two personal checks in Nashua, police said.
She was arrested around 1 p.m.
