MERRIMACK – A couple and their adult son are accused by police of stealing a court file and displaying it in an Internet video. Karen Gagnon, 44, and her son, Andrew Lemieux, 24, were arrested Wednesday, police said. Also, police are looking for Michael Gagnon, 42, Gagnon’s husband, in the incident. All three had been living at the Residence Inn in town, police said. The investigation began nearly a month ago. Nashua police, in conjunction with the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office of Investigations, were tipped off by an anonymous caller who reported seeing the video posted on YouTube. The video, which was published July 23, showed the Gagnons and Lemieux in possession of a Hillsborough County Superior Court probate file, police said. After investigators and a court clerk looked at the video, it was determined that the file had been stolen, police said. The investigation was turned over to Merrimack police. Police said the Gagnons and Lemieux admitted on the video they were displaying the original court file, which they removed from the courthouse at 30 Spring St., Nashua. The video showed the Gagnons and Lemieux at their 52 Naticook Road home, which had been uninhabited since a house fire in 2009, police said. Karen Gagnon and Lemieux have each been charged with receiving stolen property.
