The Souhegan boys swim team secured its first ever NHIAA Division II title Sunday, edging second-place St. Thomas by a score of 196-170 at a busy UNH pool. The Sabers got huge contributions from Tyler Howard and Alex Bedard, as the duo combined for four first-place finishes and two seconds.
Souhegan’s first event was the medley relay, and the team of Howard, Bedard, Mike Rego and Jamie Lutze secured a first-place finish with a time of 1:45.78.![]()
