NASHUA – A city man has been charged with using a stolen credit card, police said.
Donald Johnson, 28, of 32 Haines St., was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with fraudulent use of a credit card, a Class B felony.
A Hudson man reported Saturday that his credit card was stolen and numerous unauthorized charges made at various Nashua business. The report was investigated by Nashua detectives, who identified Johnson as a suspect, police said. Johnson made purchases totaling more than $1,000 on the card, police said.
The Class B felony is punishable by up to seven years in prison plus fines. Johnson was freed on a $3,500 personal recognizance bail pending March 7 arraignment in Nashua district court, police said.
