MERRIMACK – Police charged a Hudson couple with reckless conduct Wednesday in connection with a Feb. 14 incident in which a survey crew and police officers reported hearing gunshots and bullets whizzing by them, police said.
Nicholas Morrow, 26, and Anna Chaput, 21, both of 18 Roosevelt Ave., No. 11, Hudson, were arrested on a warrant when they turned themselves in to police.
Police said the two were later freed on $2,500 personal recognizance bail pending a court appearance on March 7 in Merrimack district court.
Police said the charges, which are felonies, stem from the incident on Feb. 14, when police were called to the area of Mast Road around 2 p.m.
