MERRIMACK – A local man was arraigned Friday on several charges stemming from an alleged domestic violence incident Thursday evening at a Davidson Avenue home, police said.
Officers responding to the residence for a reported altercation arrested Mark Hagopian, 40, who lives at the residence, after determining that a family member was pushed, items within the house were damaged and that the phone was taken away from the victim who was trying to call 911, police said.
Hagopian is charged with two counts of domestic violence simple assault and one count each of domestic violence criminal mischief and obstructing the report of a crime.
Hagopian was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail following arraignment, police said.
