The tournaments are already underway in six of the state’s eight basketball divisions, but there’s still plenty at stake when the Division I and Division II boys regular seasons wrap up Friday night.
The biggest prize is a top-four seed and the potential for a home-court advantage in two rounds. Nashua South (13-4) can clinch a spot in the top four with a win Friday at 5-12 Pinkerton Academy.
If South wins and current No. 3 Spaulding of Rochester (14-3) beats Manchester Memorial (13-4), Spaulding takes third and South finishes fourth.
If South and Memorial win, it creates a three-way tie for third at 14-4.
