Nashua YMCA Storm results

Swimming Nashua YMCA Storm Ninety-three swimmers of the Greater Nashua YMCA Storm swim team swam the New England Swimming Regional at Upper Valley Aquatic Center in White River Junction, Vt. Nico Laborera dominated his events, winning four (50, 100, 200, and 500 freestyle). Thirteen other swimmers won their individual events in their age groups iincluding Lauren Brennan (50 backstroke); Andrew Chaviano (100 butterfly): Alexander Estano (50 freestyle): Camile Hagen (200 butterfly); Om Kapoor (50 backstroke): Shivum Kapoor (50 freestyle): Bryan Laborera (100 breaststroke); Bryan Li (50 freestyle and 200 butterfly); Alice Loucraft (500 freestyle); Heather Luby (500 freestyle and 100 butterfly); Shannon Luby (50 freestyle); Maya Ruvido (200 backstroke); and Katharine Szum (100 breaststroke and 200 butterfly). Eighty-three Storm swimmers achieved personal best times during the meet. Eleven swimmers broke Storm club records including Nicole Gagnon (100 butterfly); Keelin Kendall (200 breaststroke and 200 backstroke); Emily Pelletier (50 Freestyle); Kerry McCann (100 backstroke and 500 freestyle); and Mathew Puksta (200 breaststroke). Storm’s next meet is the Age Group Championships also at Upper Valley Aquatic Center in White River Junction, Vermont.
