NASHUA – A man faces a domestic violence charge after police say he pushed a woman down some stairs.
Prue Sellner, 23, of 131⁄ 2 Spruce St., was arrested early Monday morning. He’s charged with domestic violence second-degree assault, police said.
Shortly after 1 a.m. Monday, patrol officers received a report of a domestic disturbance at 86A Amherst St. Detectives investigated and learned that Sellner had pushed a woman, who fell down stairs and sustained a minor bone fracture, police said.
Sellner is charged with a Class B felony, punishable by up to seven years in prison plus fines of up to $4,000, police said.
Sellner was release from the Nashua Police Department on $5,000 cash or surety bail pending arraignment scheduled for March 29 in Nashua district court, police said.
