Paul Williams Jr., 18, of Nashua was arrested Sunday and charged with hitting child with a belt, according to police.
Police received the report of the assault the day before Williams’ arrest at roughly 7 p.m. Detectives identified the victim as a boy younger than 13, police said.
Williams knew the boy, and after an investigation by the Youth Services Division, it was determined that Williams was responsible for the assault, police said.
Police said Williams struck the boy on the leg with a belt, which resulted in bruises. Williams was arrested Sunday around 6:30 p.m. at his home at 11 Salem St., Apt.![]()
