FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – Danny Woodhead is proving to be more and more valuable to the New England Patriots as time goes on.
But it may be surprising to all that in Sunday’s 37-31 win over the Bills, his two touchdowns (one rushing, one passing) marked the first time he had scored multiple TDs in a game in his NFL career.
“Now that it’s mentioned, I guess, yeah,” Woodhead said when asked if he realized it. “But that’s not something I’m too concerned with. The team comes so far before myself and it’s the win that matters.
