A Nashua man was arrested Monday and charged with robbing and beating a teenager at knife-point earlier in the day.
Nashua police arrested Charles Daye, 20, of no fixed address, around 2 a.m. on Monday and charged him with armed robbery. Earlier that evening police had been told that Daye had robbed a 17-year-old male he knows at a Chestnut Street home, police said.
The victim told police Daye had confronted him behind the residence and hit him in the face. Daye then displayed a knife and demanded the teenager empty his pockets.
