NASHUA – A Derry resident is charged with forging a check at bank in Nashua, police said.
Nashua police arrested William James, 29, of 11 Railroad Ave, Apt. 26, Derry, on Wednesday. He faces a charge of forgery, a Class B felony.
On Oct. 13, a woman reported some of her personal checks were missing and had been cashed at area banks, including one in Nashua, police said.
Upon further investigation by the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division, James was identified as the suspect, police said.
